Maybe this is an isolated case, but my experience was not good. Totally understand that holiday orders are difficult, but after waiting a while after Christmas, the hoodie shows up. It’s the wrong hoodie. Seller gave a return label and I sent it back. Meanwhile, I retired to confirm the correct hoodie, but in a size down. Seller doesn’t send the replacement until after receiving original hoodie. Seller upgrades to priority shipping. Shipping worse than ground. I receive the new hoodie with the correct design but in the same size (not updated size) and the design is placed too high on the back. The hood covers it a lot. Messaged seller, but still no response after two days, so finally writing a review. Would have been great if the order and quality control were checked and accurate. Too bad. Love the styles and designs overall.

I have not received this item. I reached out vis the email listed at the bottom of their page, never heard from them. They took my money and never sent the hoodie. Do not buy from this scam artist.
