I received the the item which I ordered for a Christmas present and it had a black stain over the right chest and on the front kangaroo pouch of the sweatshirt white from the decal had also stained that. I contacted the company which said they would mail me a new one out immediately. After some time I asked them when I would receive it and they said that the post office had missed labeled it so they didn't know when I would receive it. Regardless, I never did. And Etsy ended up refunding me the money themselves
