Ordered this sweatshirt on September 1st, received it on October 2nd. It was supposed to be here no later than the 25th, on that day I messaged the seller and told her my issue. She was quick to respond and explained she's having slight staffing issues that resulted in being way behind production schedule, and she had the sweatshirt out the door within 36 hours. I won't dock a star for this, as the good things I have to say about the sweatshirt itself far outweigh the late delivery. It's as soft as can be, I'm able to wear it for extended periods in the evening here in Florida, even outside, without becoming overheated, and the sizing is generous (for reference, I'm 5'11, 425lbs, and the 4X fits me just right everywhere but the shoulders and the tail length, as is to be expected for someone of my dimensions).
