I still have not received my item, shipping tracking has not updated after almost two weeks. It seems like it is stuck somewhere. I have reached out to the seller multiple times with no response. Asked for a replacement, but now I would really just like a reimbursement as the customer service has not been a good experience. Can’t even get a re reimbursement because I can’t get a response.
